Terms and Condition

1. Live Guarantee upon Arrival.

Live Guarantee upon Arrival will be given for purchases over RM100(tarantulas only and excluding shipping)

Please be sure that someone will be there to receive the parcel when it arrives.(Valid for Malaysia only)

In the event of a Dead-On-Arrival (DOA), we require clear photographs of the specimens and the condition of the parcel within 12 hours upon its arrival.
After this period all claims are void.

We will only send replacements on your next order. If we do not have replacements in our inventory we will offer tarantulas of the same value. There are no cash refunds.

Shipping & handling fees are not covered by guarantees and must be paid by customers.

2. Shipping.

We charge RM10 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia for a small box that are able to contain 10 Spiderlings or 4 Juveniles or 1 sub-adult tarantula.

Additional fees will be charge for larger boxes.
We ship every Monday - Thursday after receiving your payment. Tracking number will be provided after parcel dispatched.

COD is possible by prior appointment.We're based in Penang Island.

Payment can be made to our CIMB or Paypal account.
Prices stated are for single specimen unless stated otherwise.
Invertebrates sold are not refundable.
